What time is your check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 2.00pm, check-out at 12.00pm.

Do you accomodate late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to availability, and extra charges will be applied.

Is the reception operating 24 hours?
Yes, our reception is operating on a 24 hours basis.

Where are you located?
We are located along(Georgetown) No 1 Lebuh Penang,10200 Georgetown,Pulau Pinang.

Is there transportation available to/from the airport?
There are a variety of transportation company providing transport at the airport to the hotel area. From the hotel, taxis, buses, and Light Rail Transit transport are easily accessible. Our receptionist are happy to assist you in arranging your transportation needs.

Are there parking area available?
There is a basement car park located in the hotel.

What amenities are in your guest room?
Amenities provided includes air-conditioner, LCD television, Split unit air-conditioning, Windows.

Do you have a pet policy?
Unfortunately animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Are there safety deposit boxes in the hotel?
Yes, the safety deposit boxes are located at reception. Please refer to our receptionist for assistance on the usage.

There are no tour-desk services in our hotel, but our receptionist are happy to make recommendations for you according to your needs.
